At Tech, we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Tech account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronic device and all original cables and manuals into the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device for functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
