Unit powers on, but after about an hour of uptime, the LED on the front panel starts blinking, unit drops all config, and shows Error-A12. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
