Tektronix TDS 1002 2-Ch 60MHz 1GS/s Digital Storage Oscilloscope AS IS For Parts

Unit powers on but fails the startup diagnostics for Acquisition Channels 1 and 2. The self-calibration process also fails at Step 3. While traces are displayed for both channels, the waveforms appear distorted and do not accurately represent the input signal. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
