Unit powers on and the internal fans come on, but there is no display. Screen is visibly cracked. Itoes not seem to boot and there is no POST beep. Buttons are not responsive. Bad condition as the screen is cracked and faceplate cracked into several parts. There is no case screws, knob covers, and both PCI cards missing mounting screws. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
